Appointments can be made by telephoning 020 8854 3964 or by calling at the surgery. If you cannot make your appointment, it would be much appreciated if you could inform the practice. To cancel, you can call 020 8854 3964. If you persistently fail to attend for your appointments, the practice reserves the right to remove you from our practice list. When making an appointment, you may request a certain doctor; this may mean waiting a little longer for an appointment.
Appointments always for clinical needs.
If you cannot keep an appointment please inform us as soon as possible so as to offer it to someone who is in desperate need for clinical attention.
Please don’t book an appointment with a Doctor for any administrative reasons. If so, please contact / write to the practice manager.
For all babies under aged 1, we do see them during the lunch break or even in between the appointments without pre-booking. Our Drs see the children without appointment if there is an urgent clinical need.
Routine appointments may be made up to 3 months in advance, which will enable us to offer you an appointment best suitable to your requirements.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays we offer appointments from 8:10AM with a Doctor to enable patients to see the doctor before going to work / sending children to school.

48 Hours appointments
If you need an appointment which is not an emergency but can’t wait for a routine appointment please ask for a 48 Hr appointment
If you have a problem that will not wait for a routine appointment, please tell the receptionist.
We offer on the day urgent appointments in AM with Doctors & in PM with Doctors and Nurses. Please call after 8AM to book an urgent appointment in the AM slots and after 2 PM to book in PM slots urgent appointment with Doctor or Nurse. Urgent appointments are purely first-come-first-serve basis.
For all clinical based administrative needs e.g., MED3 sick note, etc., please ask for telephone advise
If no appointments available, please advise the receptionist to add the name into telephone triage list which will be dealt by the on-call Doctors after AM & PM consultations.
If you are confronted by a serious problem such as severe chest pain or profuse bleeding, call an ambulance (tel: 999) before calling the surgery.
